Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility, order verification, and how refunds are issued for VPN41 subscriptions. Before paying, review the plan prices and Terms of Service.

Request Window and Order Scope

The refund window is based on the order record for your account's first successful payment. Submit your request within 30 days of that payment. The ticket submission record determines whether it was submitted on time; processing that continues beyond the window does not change the fact that the request was submitted within it. If a payment did not succeed, first verify the transaction status so that an unpaid order is not treated as a refund order.

When submitting a request, identify the order or orders to be reviewed. Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or additional data packages do not reopen the refund window for the first payment. An order that has already been refunded will not be refunded again. The statement that data packages never expire refers to the validity of the data, not an extension of the refund request period.

Eligibility and Exception Reviews

Within the request window above, you may request a no-questions-asked refund if your needs change, your devices are not supported as expected, or your experience with international routes differs from your expectations. Connecting normally, retrieving a subscription, or using plan data is not in itself grounds for refusing a refund. This policy does not impose data-use thresholds beyond those stated in the available facts.

Ordinary refund requests made after the request window are not covered by this no-questions-asked full refund commitment; you may explain your circumstances in a ticket. If a case involves unusual data use beyond the plan allowance, prohibited use, payment by someone else, or a dispute over order ownership, the account and transaction records must be reviewed. A decision will not be based on an anomaly flag alone. The review and its basis will be explained in the ticket; an exception review does not automatically cancel refund rights for requests submitted within the window.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket page, submit a refund request, and identify the order you want refunded.
  2. Provide your username, order number, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If you have transaction documentation, you may attach a screenshot to help with verification and redact unrelated account details.
  3. Add any necessary information to the original ticket and check the verification results and refund status there. You may provide a reason voluntarily; it is not required as proof for a no-questions-asked refund.

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Refund communications also take place through account tickets. Do not send your login password, payment password, private keys, recovery phrases, or complete subscription links in a ticket. If the order cannot be identified from the information provided, you will be asked for additional verifiable details.

Refund Destination and Status

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Account balance credits or a plan change will not be imposed as substitutes for a full refund. Request submission, order verification, refund initiation, and receipt of funds through the payment provider are separate steps. The payment provider's records determine the receipt status.

This policy does not guarantee a fixed processing time. Payment-provider processing, transaction reviews, and the status of the receiving account may all affect timing. If a refund cannot currently be returned through the original method, the reason and available options should first be explained in the ticket before the next steps are confirmed. Check progress in the original ticket and keep your order and refund records to avoid confusion from duplicate requests.

Payment Method Differences

For Alipay and WeChat Pay, refunds are handled through the original order's refund function where possible. Check the relevant payment provider's statement for the destination and status. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, payment ownership must be verified before discussing alternatives. Funds will not be sent to unverified payment details.

USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay and cannot be treated as automatically reversible transactions. The original transaction record, network, and receiving address must be verified in a ticket, along with the refund amount and handling method. This policy does not specify an exchange rate or fee. Do not assume details are correct based only on a similar address; verify them carefully before confirming.
